Work History
Staked as Multi cl 1-8 (97508) in Jan/66 by Anvil Mining Corporation Ltd, which had earlier staked Hog cl 1-44 (94703) 2.5 km to the east in Nov/65. Anvil carried out geochemical soil sampling and magnetometer and EM geophysical surveying of the Hog claims in 1966; staked Hog cl 45-76 (Y18750) contiguously to the south of the original Hog claims in Jun/67 and carried out geochemical soil sampling of the newly staked claims later that year; and drilled one hole (153 m) on Multi cl 12 in 1968.
Capsule Geology
The claims are underlain by basalt volcanics of the Ordovician to Silurian Menzie Creek formation.
