Comments: Drilling confirmed that the stratigraphic unit hosting the Ordovician-Silurian Howards Pass (Selwyn) deposits extends along strike through the Abbey claim group, where it thickens as the Abbey Sub-basin. The hole tested a conductive zone but encountered only unmineralized graphitic and siliceous mudstone. There was poor recovery at end of hole.
