Work History

Staked as YUM and Chopper cl (Y82671) in Jun/74 by Brascan Res L, which carried out mapping, soil sampling and hand trenching later in the year.

Capsule Geology

Sphalerite and galena occur in breccia zones cutting Ordovician to Devonian platform carbonate rocks that are folded and faulted in a north or northwesterly direction. A small showing at the south end consists of mineralized dolomite float, while sphalerite occurs in outcrop at the north end as disseminations, vein breccias and fracture fillings.
