Work History

Staked as Peach cl (Y82863) in Jul/74 by Brascan Res L, which carried out mapping, soil sampling and hand trenching later in the year, and also performed mapping and geochem sampling on the DAV cl (Y81809) of Welcome North ML, 1.6 km to the east, under a brief option.

Capsule Geology

Sphalerite and galena occur on the Peach group in breccia zones cutting an undifferentiated, strongly folded and faulted carbonate bank which underlies the Lower to Middle Devonian Ogilvie Formation. The DAV group is underlain by an unmineralized extension of this unit.
