Work History

Staked as Bilbo cl (Y82695) in Jun-Jul/74 by Dynasty EL, which explored by mapping and reconnaissance soil sampling.
Restaked as Ent cl (YA32738) in Jun/79 by a joint venture between St Joseph EL and Preussag Can L, which performed gravity, EM, IP and magnetic surveys in 1980.

Capsule Geology

Coarsely crystalline barite and minor galena fill fractures in a collapsed karst developed in Upper Cambrian cherty dolomite. The breccia is exposed in the crest of an anticline and is overlain by Ordovician to Lower Devonian Road River Group black shale. The geophysical surveys gave disappointing results.
