Work History
Staked as Golden Lion, etc cl (1084) in May/01 by W. Forster, who put in numerous shallow shafts and trenches in 1901-05. Restaked Dec/90 as Tony 1-128 cl (YB31215) by Rise Resources Inc., and Wealth Resources Ltd, which performed limited soil and rock sampling in 1991.
Capsule Geology
The area is mostly underlain by Nasina Series carbonaceous quartzite and muscovite-quartz schist. Although no ultramafic bodies have been mapped, their presence is strongly suggested by several very strong aeromagnetic anomalies.
No anomalies were obtained on the Tony claims.
