Work History

Staked as Trade cl (Yl4651) in Apr/68 by Reindeer EL between two groups of Mark claims and explored by reconnaissance mapping and soil sampling later in the year.

Capsule Geology

In the northwest corner of the claims, minor chalcopyrite is disseminated in grey limestone. Several boulders of float containing pyrite and minor galena were found in Mark Creek near the southern baseline. Lower Proterozoic, Gillespie Lake Group and Middle Proterozoic Pinguicula Group rocks underlie the area.
