Work History

Staked as Jojo cl 1-8 (Y15614) in September, 1968 by M. McGeachy. Re-staked as King cl 1-60 (YB41555) in November, 1992 by W.T. Dawson. In October, 1993, Dawson conducted a geochemical sampling program. Barramundi Gold Ltd. staked DM cl 1-68 (YB68497) 4.5 km to the northwest in March, 1996.

Re-staked within a large block of Sur claims by Barramundi in June, 1996.

Capsule Geology

The claims are underlain by muscovitic and chloritic quartzite and quartz-muscovite-chlorite schist of the Permian Klondike Schist Assemblage (unit Psq), which has been overthrust by chlorite schist with quartz-muscovite schist interbands (units Psc and Psqm, respectively).
