     *In Feb/2012 the occurrence was moved 3.5 km to the southwest to represent in-situ mineralization discovered by Ethos Capital Corp during the summer of 2011.
 
Staked as Premier cl (15032) in Apr/24.
 
Restaked within Betty cl 1-564 (YD96501) in Sep/2010 by S. Ryan. On November 30/2010, Ethos Capital Corp optioned a 100% interest in the the claims from Ryan. The company added Betty cl 565-730 (YC133355)  to the northwest and southwest sides of the claim block in Dec/2010.
 
Ethos Capital carried out “first pass” ridge and spur soiling, reconnaissance scale prospecting and geological mapping  programs during the early part of the  2011 field season. As assay  results were received, crews followed up anomalous results with detailed, grid based soil sampling. In Jul/2011 the company flew an airborne magnetic and radiometric survey over the entire claim block. Geophysical and geochemical anomalies were trenched and sampled.
 
In Aug/2011 the company added Betty claims 731-860 (YE21301) to the east and southwest sides of the claim block.

GEOLOGY 

The area was reconnaissance mapped by D. Templeman-Kluit in 1974. Gordey and Makepeace (2003) released a geological compilation that covered this area. In 2006, M. Colpron of the Yukon Geological Survey released a Tectonic Assemblage map which included this portion of the Yukon-Tanana Terrane. Recently J. Ryan, C. Roots and others employed by the Geological Survey of Canada have been conducting geological mapping in the area as part of a joint project with the Yukon Geological Survey. Various maps and other products are tentatively scheduled to be pubically released in 2012. 
 
The Betty property presently comprises 860 claims and is located east of Britannia Creek in west-central Yukon. The northern half of the property is underlain by metamorphic rocks which Gordey and Makepeace assigned to the Devonian to Mississippian Nasina assemblage. Recent work by J. Ryan suggests that these rocks likely belong to the slightly younger Permian aged Klondike Schist assemblage. The southern half of the property is intruded by mid-Cretaceous granodiorite assigned to the Dawson Range batholith.
 
Both the old and new occurrence sites are underlain by mid-Cretaceous granodiorite assigned to the Dawson Range batholith. The original occurrence site likely marks the location of the Premier claim(s). A search of exploration and assessment records did not uncover any inmformation regarding the claims.
 
In Aug/2011 Ethos Capital announced that ridge and spur soil sampling carried out  in the southeast portion of the Betty claim block had outlined a 3.5 by 5 km area of anomalous gold (up to 1 149 ppm) and arsenic (up to 3 028 ppm) called the Mascot Creek soil anomaly. The company immdiately caried out a detailed soil sampling and trenching programs over the anomaly. Two initial grab samples collected 1.5 km to the north (within an area later labeled the Bond zone) assayed 0.9 g/t gold and 8 g/t silver and 0.7 g/t gold and 10 g/t silver.
 
By the end of the 2011 exploration season, Ethos Capital had outlined 9 targets within the Mascot Creek soil anomaly. The targets are labeled; Bond, Koona, Marshall, Mercedes, Miller, Perrault, Spitz, Teek, and Thorton and are based on geochemical and geophysical characteristics. Four of the nine targets were tested with trenching before the end of the field season. All of the trenches were located along or near ridge crests to minimize the potential for mechanical or chemical dispersion. In all cases, gold in rock samples from the trenches correspond to the locations of gold  in soil anomalies with minimal displacement.
 
The best results to date were obtained from two lines of trench pits ( 640 m total length) dug over the Mercedes target.  Samples were collected from a depth of ~ 2 m and consist of composite chip samples (minimum 1 m in length) collected along the bottom of the trench pits. On line 1, 53 trench pits, spaced 5 to 10 m apart were excavated along a 270 m length. Nine samples returned an average of 7.3 g/t gold over a 50 m. The new occurrence location represents the approximate center point of the mineralized interval intersected on line 1. On Line 2, located 83 m north of line 1, 64 trench pits were excavated along a 370 m length. Six samples returned an average of  2.9 g/t gold over a 45 m. Both lines returned highly anomalous arsenic values (up to > 10 000 ppm).  Individual grab samples collected from the two trench lines returned values as high as 24.8 g/t gold and 19 g/t silver.
 
The other three trenched tagets generally returned lower gold values over shorter intervals.
