Work History
Staked as Sun cl (Y62700) in Sep/71 by T. Boylen, etc and optioned in Aug/73 by United Keno Exploration (a joint venture between United Keno Hill ML, Falconbridge Nickel ML and Can. Superior EL), which conducted grid soil sampling in 1973 and magnetic, IP and EM surveys and 213.4 m of drilling (one hole) in 1974 before dropping the option.
Capsule Geology
The claims are underlain by weakly foliated hornblende granodiorite cut by aplite and pegmatite dykes. The foliation strikes northwest and dips almost vertically. The hole tested an IP anomaly but did not intersect any mineralization.
