Work History
Staked as Hugo cl (Yl4l2O) in Oct/67 by Atlas E for the Hess Project (a joint venture with Quebec Cartier Mining C and Phillips Bros. (Canada) Ltd). Treadwell Yukon CL prospected from this lake in 1929 and reported finding a lode containing silver and lead nearby.
Viceroy Exploration (Canada) Inc staked Thunderhead cl 1-12 (YB80957) 6 km to the north in Jul/97. The company staked Thunderhead cl 13-24 (YB81375) in Sep/97.
Capsule Geology
The claims cover a sizeable gossan from which high zinc geochem response was obtained. Only preliminary surveys were done and no mineralization was found.
