Work History

First staked as Silver Gulch cl (12928) in Dec/19 by R. Rosmussen. Restaked by F.J. O'Connor in Jul/49 as Adanac cl (59416), which were sold to Cons Yukeno ML in Jan/50 and transferred to Yukeno ML in Feb/51.
Restaked as Moone cl (82306) in Aug/62 by A. Bobcik. Adjoining Nova cls (82274) to the southwest were staked by Nova Silver ML in Jul/62. The Moone group was restaked in Jun/64 as Beta cl (83383) by Colonial ML, which drilled 4 holes (52.4 m).
Restaked in Feb/72 as Nero cl (Y56482) by Arc Res L, which carried out prospecting, soil sampling and bulldozer trenching later in the year. The adjoining Hope cl (Y55969) by E. Jajaj and Lila (Y55963) by J.E. Todd were staked in May/71 and restaked as Ho Ho cl (Y69383) in Jun/73 by R.L. Fitzpatrick. Portions of the Nero group was restaked in Nov/74 as the ME cls Y(Y97138) by J. Strachan and the Teapot cl (Y97146) by W. Malicky.
Restaked as part of a block of 300 BE cl (YA39160) in Mar/79 by Canada Tungsten Mg Corp L, which performed mapping and geochem surveys in 1979 and 1980.
Restaked in Aug/97 within a large block of B claims (13-102, YB81305) by contract stakers working for an unknown company.

Capsule Geology

The claims are underlain by the felsic metavolcanic rocks of the Devono-Mississippian Earn Group. Old trenches on the Nero claims may have been cut by Yukeno ML. Several quartz veins with weak galena mineralization were located near the Nero 5 and 6 claims.
