Work History

Staked as two blocks of Marble cl (YB26455) 0.5 km apart in Jul/89 by Comaplex Minerals Ltd, which performed prospecting and soil geochemistry in 1990. The claims were transferred to A. Carlos in Jun/91.

Capsule Geology

Tertiary rhyolite and dacite and andesite tuffs, flows and dykes overlie Triassic andesitic and basaltic rocks and interbedded limestone. Comaplex located two broad areas of quartz-sericite altered rhyolite. In one of these areas, the rhyolite is cut by spherulitic, flow-banded rhyolite and narrow gas-breccia dykes. Rock samples contained up to 73 ppb Au.
