            *In Jun/2014 the occurrence location was moved approximately 700 m north to the approximate mid-point of the largest gold anomaly.   
 
Staked as Solo cl 1-45 (Y31507) in Oct/68 by Hudson Bay Exploration and Development Company Ltd, which carried out grid geochemical soil sampling and geological mapping in 1968-69. Restaked in Jul/90 as Rush cl 1-30 (YB03736) by Noranda Exploration Company Ltd.

Viceroy Exploration (Canada) Inc staked Uragan cl 1-14 (YC01213) 5 km to the northeast in Jun/98; staked Chopin 1-18 (YC01239) 15 km to the northeast in Jun/98; restaked this occurrence as Myschka cl 1-14 (YC01294) in Jul/98; and staked Zaytchyk cl 1-12 (YC01270) 5 km to the southeast in Aug/98. Viceroy carried out geochemical rock, silt and soil sampling, prospecting and geological mapping of Chopin, Myschka and Uragan claim groups and geochemical rock sampling of the Zaytchyk claims during July and August/98.

In Mar/99, NovaGold Resources Inc acquired 100% of Viceroy's interest in 22 grassroots properties in the Yukon, including the Chopin, Myschka, Uragan and Zaytchyk claims. NovaGold carried out limited geological mapping, prospecting and rock sampling of the Zaytchyk claims in Aug/99, before allowing their holding in this area to lapse.

Restaked as Sophia cl 1-4 (YC09949) in Aug/2001 by R. Berdahl and subsequently optioned to Klad Enterprises Ltd. Klad staked Myschka cl 1-96 (YC10267) in Jun/2002 to surround the Sophia claims, carried out geological mapping, geochemical rock, silt and soil sampling and staked Dasha cl 1-6 (YC10603) contiguously with the northeast corner of the claim block in Jul/2002. Klad Enterprises dropped their option in Oct/2005.

On February 1, 2007 Overland Resources Ltd announced it had secured a twelve month exclusive option to acquire a 90% interest in the Andrew property (located approximately 8.5 km to the southwest) from Berdahl for US$50,000.00. The company immediately renamed the property the Andrew Base Metal project. Included in this option were the Sophia, Myschka and Dasha claims. On July 15, 2007 following the completion of 5 diamond drill holes on the Andrew deposit, Overland Resources announced that it had elected to exercise its option early to acquire a 90% interest in the Andrew Base Metal project from Berdahl in return for cash and 5 million shares.
 
In 2008 Overland Resources carried out a grid base soil sampling over the mineralized areas of the Myschka and Sophia claims. The company also visited and sampled the mineralized areas surrounding the occurrence to confirm previous results reported by Klad Enterprises and Viceroy/Nova Gold Resources.
 
In 2010 Overland Resources personnel re-assayed drill core from the Darin deposit (Minfile Occurrence #105K 033) located approximately 9 km to the southeast. Assessment credit from this work was credited to the Myschka claims. The company also used assessment credit acquired from a drill hole collared in the Andrew Northeast zone to provide assessment credit on the Dasha and Sophia claims. No actual work was carried out on the Myschka, Sophia or Dasha claim groups. Going forward, Overland Resources used assessment credit acquired from other areas of the property to meet assessment work requirements to keep these claims in good standing.

In Jun/2012 Overland Resources released an updated study into the economics of developing a mining operation at the Andrew Base Metal project. Despite robust grades the economic study indicated a sustained long term improvement in both zinc and lead prices would be required to provide a suitable return to the company. Thus the company elected to suspend all further exploration and mine permitting work for the entire Yukon Base Metal project including the Myschka, Sophia and Dasha claims.

Capsule Geology

The occurrence consists of galena, stibnite, boulangerite and sphalerite in fractures up to 20 cm wide cutting a faulted slice of Devonian to Mississippian Earn Group and Upper Cambrian to Lower Ordovician Road River Formation clastic rocks that are bounded to the southwest by Proterozoic to Middle Cambrian Hyland Group clastic rocks and Cambrian to Ordovician Rabbitkettle Formation limestone. A small, mid-Cretaceous diorite stock of the Tombstone Suite occurs just north of the occurrence. Selected samples assayed 3 017 g/t silver, 75% lead, 0.2% zinc, 0.11% tin, 0.9% antimony and 665 g/t silver, 34.3% lead, 6.6% zinc, 0.14% tin, and 18% antimony.
 
Viceroy's work on the Myschka claims focused on an area adjacent to and north of the stock where two sets of lineations occur, one trending east-northeast and a second stronger one, marked by a fault zone, trending north-south. Grab sampling of lead-zinc-silver veins in brecciated chert southwest of the stock returned high silver values with moderately elevated gold. Peak values to 510 ppb gold with 157 g/t silver, and 100 ppb gold with 973 g/t silver were recorded.
 
A gossanous east-northeast trending ridge, 5 km to the northeast, was investigated and staked as Uragan claims and was found to be underlain by Silurian to Ordovician Road River Group siltstone and chert. An elongated, mid-Cretaceous aged Tombstone Suite diorite stock has intruded along the contact and a strongly brecciated limonitic zone, that is often baritic, occurs within and to the south of the stock. Reactive calcareous sections of the stratigraphy have locally undergone calc-silicate alteration. A wider zone of silicification and quartz veining surrounds the limonitic zone. Contour soil sampling within and downslope of this zone, returned 46 ppb gold over 350 m across the north boundary of the claims and 26 ppb gold over 500 m roughly 300 m south of the stock, a peak value of 275 ppb gold was obtained from a sample taken directly over the stock. Rock grab sampling has also returned weakly anomalous gold values to 75 ppb, 1.2 km northeast of the stock.
 
The Zaytchyk claims were staked 5 km southeast of the occurrence (7.5 km south of the Urugan claims) in an area underlain by two narrow northwest-southeast trending members of Road River Group black shale and chert between Cambrian to Ordovician Rabbitkettle Formation limestone to the north and late Precambrian Hyland Group siltstone and sandstone to the south. Two dyke suites associated with a Tombstone Suite quartz monzonite stock have intruded the limestone and black shale and massive pyrrhotitic skarn has formed within the shales proximal to the stock. Grab sampling by Viceroy returned a value of 175 ppb gold from the skarn and sampling of the northern most dyke suite returned 20 ppb gold with 24.2 g/t silver. Sampling in 1999 by NovaGold returned only background gold values, although a sample of material from the southern dyke suite returned values to 1.9 g/t silver, 290 ppm copper and 37 ppm antimony.

The Chopin claims were staked 15 km to the northeast of the occurrence to cover weakly anomalous gold values from silt samples collected in an area underlain by an east-southeast trending package of Earn Group chert pebble conglomerate lying in contact with Road River Group siltstone and sandstone to the north. A pronounced east-southeast trending linear structure cuts across the property and is marked by brecciated pyritic fault zones within the coarse clastic rocks. This structure is accompanied by silicification and weak argillic alteration, and locally by gouge zones. Sampling across the gouge zones returned < 30 ppb gold. Silt sampling along the southern border of the claims returned up to 60 ppb gold and 630 ppb mercury, while one of the more anomalous samples from the program was collected roughly 1 km further south and returned 670 ppb gold, 1.4 g/t silver and 490 ppb mercury.
 
In 2002 the majority of the work was on and in near vicinity to the Sophia claims in an area approximately 1 km north of the original showing. On the north side of the diorite body, which may be a satellite stock of the Mt. Selous batholith located 10 km to the east, soil sampling identified a large gold, bismuth, lead, silver, antimony and much wider arsenic anomaly coincident with at least four east-west trending, lenticular zones of fracturing, brecciation and hydrothermal alteration which crosscut the stock and surrounding cherts of the Road River Group. Disseminated and fracture controlled sulfide mineralization, consisting mainly of fine to medium grained auriferous pyrite and arsenopyrite occasionally with lesser amounts of galena and chalcopyrite, occurs within these zones and is hosted by quartz stockworks and altered sediments. Strong to moderate hornfelsing occurs adjacent to the stock and is accompanied by widespread argillic alteration, silicification, localized phyllic alteration and development of limonitic weathering gossans associated with strongly leached areas. Rock samples within the leached areas generally yielded low anomalous gold values, some up to 200 ppb, but also hosted scattered veins and zones of higher gold values up to 550 ppb often associated with strongly elevated levels of arsenic, antimony, bismuth, lead, silver and locally mercury.

In 2002 reconnaissance rock, soil and silt sampling was also carried out in the northwest corner of the property and on the Dasha claims, 3.5 km north-northwest and 3 km northeast of the location marker for the original occurrence. No significant anomalies were detected in the northwestern area, while sporadically anomalous values up to 70 ppb gold in soils and 115 ppb gold in silts accompanied by elevated silver values were detected in the area of the Dasha claims.
 
Soil and rock sampling carried out in 2008 did not reveal any new information or anomalies. Overland Resources kept the Myschka, Sophia and Dasha claims in good standing by using assessment credit earned elsewhere within the larger Yukon Base Metal project.
