Staked as Aurora cl (YA56742) in Sep/80 by Welcome North ML and optioned during 1981 to Union Carbide EL, which performed mapping and geochem sampling.
Capsule Geology
Four weak zones of scheelite and molybdenite occur in chloritized fractures which form part of a poorly developed stockwork cutting the Cretaceous Mt Billings Batholith. The best specimens assayed 1.51% WO3 (Zone A) and 0.46% MoS2 (Zone D).
