Work History

Staked as Pim cl (YA4654) in Jun/76 by The Woodside Project (Welcome North and Getty), which conducted mapping and geochem surveys later in 1976 and 1978-80, and hand trenching in 1980.

Capsule Geology

Chalcopyrite occurs in quartz stringers and disseminated in phyllite and dolomite of Proterozoic or Lower Cambrian age, and in boulders of massive sulphide float that may be derived from the veins or from another source.
Tungsten-bearing skarn was found near a quartz monzonite stock. Soil samples returned anomalous molybdenum values.
