Work History
Staked as Star & Penny cl (69356) in Sep/54 by Conwest, which prospected and mapped in 1955. Restaked as North Key cl (89303) in Aug/65 by Silver Key ML, and bulldozer trenched by Ross River ML in 1966 under option and transferred later to Matt Berry ML.
Adjoining claims include Jan cl (71430) in Oct/55 by Conwest to the southeast; Tor cl (Y2370) in Feb/66 by Silver Key ML to the northeast; Pal cl (Y28332) in Oct/68 by Z. Lavoie; and Les & Bud cl (YA20228) to the east in Jun/77 by Iona Silver ML, which explored by bulldozer trenching in 1978.

Capsule Geology
Minor amounts of galena float were found at two locations, but only one source was found. A selected specimen from a narrow vein exposed in a trench assayed 2125.7 g/t Ag & 67.5% Pb, while float from the other location assayed 3925.6 g/t Ag and 65.4% Pb. The veins cut Devono-Mississippian shale.
