Work History
Staked as Deet cl (YA94306) in Mar/86 by Archer, Cathro, sold to All-North Res L and optioned briefly in 1987 by Aurich Res L. D. Gonder tied on Engle cl (YB6661) to the south in Jul/87 and built roads in 1988. The Deet claims were transferred in Oct/88 to Rexford Mls L, which later transferred them to E. Lampman in Mar/89. Restaked as 36 Deet cl (YB27753) for Renoble Holdings Inc. in Aug/90.
Capsule Geology
Galena-sphalerite-quartz float was found near a thrust fault that separates Permo-Carboniferous amphibolite, greenstone and meta-chert (Slide Mountain Terrane) in the west from Mississippian amphibolite augen gneiss (Yukon-Tanana Terrane) to the east. Two specimens assayed 303 g/t Au, 8.24 g/t Ag, 23.4% Sb and 0.01% Pb, and 66.5 g/t Au, 2756.5 g/t Ag, 30.4% As, 6.3% Pb, 0.4% Zn and 0.5% Sb, respectively.
