Discovered with prospecting in 1977 and 1978 by the Basin Project of Welcome North ML.

Capsule Geology

Scheelite occurs in skarn both within the Cretaceous Mt Billings Batholith and in screens of Proterozoic to Lower Cambrian Hyland Group.
