Work History

Staked as White Owl cl (15170) in May/27 by M. (Black Mike) Winage. Restaked as Birch, etc cl (Y90123) in Sep/74 by L. Patnode, who performed a geophysical survey that year, drilled one hole (34.7 m) in 1975 and one hole (37.2 m) in 1976. S. Kormendy tied on the DSN cl (YA47092) in Aug/79.

Capsule Geology

The claims are underlain by gneiss and schist. Both holes tested a geophysical target but were lost in a fault zone short of the objective.
