Work History

Staked as LEP cl (YA6489) in Aug/76 by the Blackstone Project (Union Miniere and Shell Can L) which explored with mapping in 1976 and 1977.
Restaked as LL cl 1-172 (YB98672) by Blackstone Resources Inc in Oct/97.

Capsule Geology

The claims were staked on zinc geochemical anomalies underlain by Devono-Mississippian black shale. The zinc response was found to be caused by minor, but ubiquitous, hydrozincite coatings on the shale.
