Staked as Apollo cl (Y5O333) in Jan/70 by E. Johnston.
Capsule Geology
Claims were staked in an area of lightly gossaned Tertiary rhyolitic volcanic rocks capping Paleozoic? metasedimentary rocks. Stream sediment samples are weakly anomalous in copper and molybdenum. The aeromagnetic maps show a small, sub-circular 500 gamma anomaly at this location.
