Work History

First investigated in Aug/69 by Dawson Range Joint Venture (Straus Exploration Incorporated, Martin Marietta Corporation, Molybdenum Corporation of America, Trojan Consolidated Mines & Great Plain Development Company of Canada Ltd).
First staked as Pax cl 1-38 (Y56843) in Jun/70 by Amax Exploration Ltd, which conducted reconnaissance soil sampling and mapping.

Capsule Geology

Claims lie along the contact of Paleozoic? metasedimentary rocks against lightly gossaned Tertiary rhyolitic volcanics. Stream sediment samples are weakly anomalous in copper and molybdenum.
