Work History
Staked as two blocks of Snag cl (Y60420), a western block of 8 claims and an eastern block of 24 claims, in Mar/71 by Yukon Revenue ML.
Capsule Geology
Claims are staked on aeromagnetic anomalies in an area underlain by Paleozoic and Mesozoic oceanic rocks of the White River assemblage. Nickeliferous pyrrhotite float is said to have been found on one of the claims. Magnetic anomalies in this area are probably caused by ultramafic sills that could have associated nickel deposits. Both areas appear to be deeply overburden covered.
