Work History

Staked as Baja cl 1-24 (Y37454) in Dec/69 by Dawson Range Mines Ltd and optioned to Selco Exploration Company Ltd, which conducted reconnaissance soil sampling.

In Apr/2010 S. Ryan staked W cl 1-28 (YD48159) 2.5 km to the northeast.

Restaked within Cripple cl 1-291 (YD135901) in Feb/2011 by S. Ryan. Ryan staked Pedlar cl 1-728 (YD138501), (Yukon Minfile # 115J  072)  to the northwest at the same time. On Mar/2, 2011 Ethos Capital Corp optioned a 100% interest in Ryan’s W, Cripple and Pedlar claims. The company also optioned the Bridget claims (Minfile Occurrence #115J 072) located 6.5 km to the northwest and the U claims (Yukon Minfile #115J 093) located 3 km to the southwest. Together these claims were named the Bridget property.

In Apr/2011 Ethos Capital staked Cripple cl 761-957 (YD139229) and cl 292-760 (YE18032) and Pedlar cl 729-994 (YE20501). During the 2011 field season the company flew airborne magnetic and radiometric surveys over the property followed by reconnaissance scale soil sampling, prospecting and geological mapping programs. Later in the season ground magnetics, trenching and detailed soil sampling was carried out on selected targets.

GEOLOGY

The area was reconnaissance mapped by D. Templeman-Kluit in 1974. Gordey and Makepeace (2003) of the Geological Survey of Canada released a geological compilation which covered this area. Ryan and Gordey of the Geological Survey of Canada remapped the Stewart River area to the north in the early 2000's and released a geology map in 2004. A year later they released a compilation map of the same area which differed slightly from the earlier map due to revisions related to newly disclosed age dating results. M. Colpron of the Yukon Geological Survey released a tectonic assemblage map of the Yukon-Tanana in 2006 which included this area. The Geological Survey of Canada in cooperation withYukon Geological Survey is in the process of mapping topgraphic map sheet 115 J&K. The resulting map is expected to be released sometime in 2012.

The property area is covered by extensive tree and brush cover making access and geological mapping difficult at best. Based on limited information the area is thought to be underlain by a Devonian to Mississppian sequence of quart-mica schists and marble interlayered with orthogneiss of a probable granitic protolith, assigned to the Nasina assemblage. Other geologists have suggested that the sequence might actually belong to the younger Permian age Klondike Schist assemblage. A more accurate age determination will have to await the results of airborne geophysics and age dating and the completion of current geological mapping efforts. The sequence appears to be intruded by numerous small Early Jurassic (?) granitic intrusions and Eocene felsic porphyries. The marble unit is frequently altered to skarn by the intrusions.

As of Jan/2012, Ethos Capital has not publically released any results for the Bridget property.
