Work History
Staked as 310 Duchess and Princess cl (Y46865) in Dec/69 by D. Gosling and associates and optioned to Borealis EL in early 1970. Borealis conducted grid geochem and mapping before dropping the option.
Capsule Geology
The property is underlain by Triassic Klotassin granodiorite with a large northwest trending roof pendant of Paleozoic? metamorphic rocks. Several small cappings of Carmacks volcanics were found on the south part of the claims.
Several weakly mineralized quartz veins in the metamorphic rocks returned assays up to 0.05% Cu, 0.002% MoS2 and 3.4 g/t Ag. No significant geochemical anomalies were located.
