Work History
Staked as Husky cl (Y20739) in Aug/67 by Husky Syndicate (Leitch, Highland Bell, Dome ML and Lake Expanse Gold ML) following a prospecting program. Lytton Mls L prospected the area at the same time but did not stake.
Restaked as Ron cl (Y26066) in Sep/68 by Ramid Res. L, and as Bob cl (Y38950) in Oct/69 by J. Konrad.
Capsule Geology
Eight separate showings on the ridge consist of chalcopyrite, bornite, chalcocite, cuprite and native copper occur in tiny, random veinlets and disseminated in irregular patches and grains within Late Triassic age Nikolai Greenstone. Minor chalcopyrite also occurs along the west side of Virgin Creek in metavolcanic rocks of the Permo-Pennsylvanian Station Creek Formation.
