Work History

Staked as the Tuku and Ali cl Y89537) in Jul/74 by Amax, which explored by mapping and geochemical sampling in 1974 and 1975.

Capsule Geology

A fault block of Lower Cambrian micritic limestone is exposed through Middle and Upper Cambrian limonitic siltstone. The claims cover a fault zone up to 21.3 m wide that contains disseminated and massive galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite and pyrite with barite and siderite.
The main showing is 90 m long and chip samples assayed 6.4% Zn and 3.0% Pb across a 3.7 m width and 0.16% Zn and 0.24% Pb across 5.2 m. Minor occurrences of galena, sphalerite and barite are found elsewhere along the fracture system.
