Work History
Staked as the Apex cl (12966) in Feb/20 by N.E. Swenson and T. McKay who drove a short adit and winze between 1925 and 1936. McKay's interest was sold to P. McIver in 1930 and the claim was taken to lease (Lot 1005) in Feb/62. McIver's interest was transferred to H. Kilbride in Nov/65.
Capsule Geology
Galena, sphalerite and arsenopyrite occur erratically in a longitudinal-type quartz vein that is probably part of the Comstock vein system.
