Work History
Staked as Bear & Moose cl (13961) in Aug/22 by J.R. Gibson, and Silver Peak cl (15042) by J. Searfoss in Sep/24. Two old caved adits with a combined length of about 23 m were probably driven at that time. Restaked as Kay & Rose cl (Y5208) in May/66 by Glenlyon ML, which mapped and sampled.
Capsule Geology
Chalcopyrite occurs in a 3 m wide quartz vein cutting intrusive rocks that are exposed in a trench, and in a fracture cutting silicified limestone in a creek bed about 1.6 km to the north. A selected specimen from the second locality assayed 0.3% Cu, 6.8 g/t Ag and trace Au.
