Work History
Staked as Doe, Doll & Jess cl (98756) in Feb/66 by Tillman ECL and transferred to Val-Tina ML in Jan/67. A mag survey, mapping and soil sampling program was conducted in 1967.
Restaked as Ran cl (YB9383) in Nov/87 by Prime Capital Corp, which optioned the SE end to Norman Res L and the NW end to Baywest Capital Equities Corp. In 1988, airborne geophysical surveys, Landsat image analysis and orthophoto preparation were performed by Baywest, while mapping, prospecting, soil sampling, airborne geophysics, Landsat studies and orthophoto preparation were done by Norman.
Prime added Walk cl (YB20492) and Koko cl (YB20724) to the northeast and to the west respectively in July and Aug/88. The Ran claims were transferred to A. Carlos in Feb/92. In Feb/93 Carlos optioned his Grew Creek claim holdings to YGC Resources Ltd.
YGC carried out a large exploration program in 1993 which included diamond drilling, line cutting, soil sampling, geophysics and trenching throughout the Grew Creek Property. In 1994 YGC drilled 14 holes (1307 m) in the South and Main Zones located approximately 30 km to the southeast.
Capsule Geology
The claims cover an overburden-covered area near the Tintina Fault. No mineralization was found in 1967 or 1988.
