Capsule

Work History

Staked as Goat cl (69398) in Sep/54 by Conwest. Restaked by A. Kopinec, W. Green & E. Erickson in Jun/65 as Oxo cl (89163), which were transferred to Oxso Silver Mg & SCL and explored with hand trenching.
Trans Yukon EL performed trenching, mag, EM and geochem surveys in 1968 and added Sun, Blizzard & Horn cl (Y27921) in Aug-Oct/68 under a brief option. Kopinec added Ambrose cl (YA26124) in Sep/77, acquired full ownership and bulldozer trenched in 1978 and 1980. P. Woloszeniuk staked Petro cl (YA66918) on the east and northeast sides of the Ambrose cl in Aug/81.

Capsule Geology

Massive pyrrhotite, pyrite and chalcopyrite occur in a vein which cuts Late Proterozoic schist and argillite. The best assay reported from trenching is 0.15% Cu over an undisclosed width.
