Found in 1969 by Luscar L while it held the surrounding area as Coal Exploration Licence 5.

Capsule Geology

Three seams totalling 1.8 m in thickness occur in a 42.6 m section of the Jurassic-Cretaceous Tantalus Formation. Quality is described as poor.
