Staked as FYIQ cl (YA55525) in Jul-Aug/80 by CUB JV (Cassiar Asbestos Corp, Highland Crow Res L and Union Carbide Can L), which conducted mapping and geochem sampling in 1980 and 1981.

Capsule Geology

The claims cover Lower Paleozoic limestone and argillite adjacent to a Cretaceous batholith. Galena, sphalerite, tetrahedrite, pyrrhotite and lesser chalcopyrite occur in calc-silicate rocks and altered argillite adjacent to the intrusive contact and appear to be associated with a zone of fracturing and brecciation.
