Staked as AR cl (79785) in Sep/62 by the Frances River Syndicate (Canex Aerial Exploration Ltd, Kerr Addison Mines Ltd and Newconex Canadian Exploration Ltd). Only preliminary surveys were done.

Capsule Geology

Claims were staked on what proved to be a transported limonite gossan, overlying sedimentary rocks of Mississippian Mattson Formation which in turn overlie Silurian to Mississippian Road River - Besa River Formation sedimentary rocks.
