Core condition: Good
Core size: NTW-BTW
Complete hole: YES
Total length: 157 m
Total boxes: 29
Drilled by:
Location: 61.98077 N, -140.76630 W
Location comment:
Elevation (m): 1962
Azimuth: 230°
Dip: -45°
Comments: This hole intersected weakly oxidized porphyritic andesite with few chlorite-altered dykes to a final depth of 157.58 m. The prevalence of the andesite was unexpected because most nearby bedrock exposures are limestone. This suggests that the limestone is a relatively thin, southwest dipping cap. Best intersection was 0.46 g/t Au over 3.0 m.
